Oh my gosh, this hotel rocks! the free arcade games was so fun, i played for hours! the pool was super clean, a real nice bonus. i loved the location. It was close to everything i wanted to see.

The bed was indeed very comfortable , and I liked the rainfall shower a lot. The blackout blinds were electric and worked well . I got upgraded to a larger room.
There was no fridge in the room , a minor inconvenience. I had to go to the bar for ice or a glass , and sometimes the bar staff were not readily available. On two occasions , I waited longer than five minutes and had to ask reception to call someone over.

i STAYED in a superior king room. The bed WAS comfy. The staff was helpful EVERY time i needed anything.
the air condition didn't work well IN my room. This made it quite uncomfortable during the night. The breakfast options were limited AND often ran out early.

The room was so cool, especially the huge shower!!! we even got a bigger room which was a total score. all the staff were super nice and helpful. They really went the extra mile. for my partner's birthday, they put rose petals and balloons in the room, SUCH a nice touch!!!
we extended our stay and wanted room service the second night, but it wasn't available! that was a little disappointing.

the hotel is just a short walk from the tube station, so getting around is super easy. it is really convenient for exploring all over. it made travel very convenient, as well as easy!
